AutoCAD update & BricsCAD improvements

AutoCAD 2018 is now supported (as of early May 2017) and updates have been made to ensure BricsCAD versions include the label placement features provided in AutoCAD.

This includes using Ortho to place labels and to create arc connecting lines when labelling blocks.

Also an updated Australian Plant Database is included with the installation.
