New symbol style

The latest version introduces an outline graphic mode providing an option to show groups of symbols which overlap.

A set of outline symbols are included with the library files and have varying center marks.

Symbol edges are defined by the currently set list or object colour and can be filled with hatches with background colour and varying transparency. Custom linetypes can also be applied.
